Meat Dishes, Tasty Chicken Marinade

Another of those recipes that comes from the recesses of my memory. I have no idea as to the origin of this recipe but I do know that it works well every time.

Ingredients

  • half cup vinegar
  • 1 cup cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoons grated onion
  • 1 finely sliced garlic clove
  • 2 teaspoons worcester sauce
  • 2 teaspoons tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Method

Mix all the ingredients and place your chicken portions in the mixture. Let the chicken marinade over night. and then bake the portions in the normal way.
